13 STEPS
1. Welcome to the tutorial on how the water test readings summary tab on the NextService Mobile App operates.
2. The first step is to open the NextService Mobile App
3. Scroll and click the relevant task
4. Click the Water Test (readings) history tab
5. A syncing cloud will appear until the data has downloaded from NetSuite for that asset.
These results, like the Service History tab, only download when clicked.
6. Depending on the amount of water tests conducted in the past 6-months, this may take a few moments to load.
7. When the data downloads the cloud icon will disappear and be replaced by a search icon.
If you do not see any results, like in this example, this means that no water test results are in NetSuite within the past 6-months.
8. If there have been water tests conducted in the past 6-months, these will appear in date order, with the most recent on top.
9. Click anywhere on a reading line to view further detail.
10. Here is a detailed reading result.
Click the back arrow to return to the summary
11. Technician's can see certain results per column. They can use these results to identify patterns and/or gather other vital information to perform the service.
12. With your mouse, click and drag the scroll bar, to see other results.
13. That's it. You're done.
