In preparation for the mandatory NextService upgrade, it's necessary to install the Mobile App Sandbox for User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Below are the steps to set it up:

1. Login to Sandbox.
2. Open the Technician's employee record. Click on Email Mobile Login.
3. You will receive a prompt saying: Are you sure you want to send this email? Click OK. 
4. Wait for this message: Email successfully queued to be sent. Click OK. 
5. Refresh the employee record then scroll down the Communication tab. An email containing the link to Mobile Login should appear. Click on View. 
6. Click on Go to Mobile! 
7. Save the newly opened web address as a shortcut on your device's Home Screen.
8. That's it, you've installed the Mobile App Sandbox. Enter your Sandbox credentials to continue with testing.
