NetSuite |Windcave | Payment link via SMS

This is how to send the Windcave payment link via SMS eg to debtors 

Two-step process

Step A: gathering all of the invoice links on the computer

1. Open the Invoice > Billing > Copy the URL in field "WINDCAVE PAYMENT LINK"

2. Use the URL shortener https://tinyurl.com/app or https://www.shorturl.at/ to create short URLs
3. Create a spreadsheet with client name or phone & tiny URL

Step B: sending of SMS with links from phone

1. Open the spreadsheet on your phone
2. Copy phone number and tiny URL into the SMS
3. Send

I recommend testing the process first to make sure everything is OK before sending out all links.
