A NextService bundle upgrade will occur on the 27th of February 2024 between 8 PM to 10 PM AEST. You will not be able to access or use NextService during this time. This update includes a resolution to the time zone issue on service reports.
Do I have to do anything?
After the update, Technicians with mobile app access may have to clear the browser history in their devices before starting the day to ensure optimal app performance. For guidance on how to do that, please refer to this article: Mobile Phone - Clearing browser history.
Bug Fix
