Viewing Product Relationships in LightSpeed | Product relationships may not always appear under packaging. | Clearing your cache or refreshing the page usually resolves the issue. The vendor is investigating further. |
COGs & GP Margin % reporting in LightSpeed | The COGs and GP Margin % reporting in LightSpeed is not displaying or calculating correctly. | The vendor deployed a fix during the week of 14-20 October to prevent future occurrences. We are validating the fix and will report back with results. |
