Below is the latest list of open issues we are aware of in the new Evolution Platform and their current status. If you find any new issues please raise with support by submitting a ticket.

Vital - Integration of client price books from Lightspeed | Custom client pricing set in "Price books" in Lightspeed not updating price in Vital invoices. | Status: Resolved. |
Vital - water tests performed on app | Water tests performed on app are visible on the pool record but not in the water test history on the computer. | Status: with the vendor for investigation. Workaround: refer to the pool record, tab 'water test' |
Vital - viewing tasks after reopening completed job on app | When reopening a completed job on the app, the tasks will not be visible. | Status: with the vendor for investigation. Workaround: refer to the job on the computer |
Vital - Apple app | Apple app is not yet available in the App Store | Status: resolved, app is available in App Store and Play Store. |
Lightspeed - automate the recreation of composite products. | Set-up of bulk products at go-live. The way bulk products (buy 10kg sell 1kg) is entered in NS is different in Lightspeed (buy 10kg sell 0.1). Creating the composite products is currently a manual task and we are investigating a bulk upload from a spreadsheet. | Status: resolved with a process during the migration of data. |
