Product syncing delay from LightSpeed to VitalSyncing new products from Lightspeed to Vital is experiencing delays of up to 24 hours.  Fix has been implemented - please contact us if taking longer than 15mins to sync.
Viewing Product Relationships in LightSpeedProduct relationships may not always appear under packaging.Clearing your cache or refreshing the page usually resolves the issue. The vendor is investigating further.
COGs & GP Margin % reporting in LightSpeedThe COGs and GP Margin % reporting in LightSpeed is not displaying or calculating correctly.The vendor deployed a fix during the week of 14-20 October to prevent future occurrences. We are validating the fix and will report back with results.
