This document is a guide to run reporting on Negative inventory in Van's before starting the day. 

Navigate to Reports > Inventory Reports

Once in Inventory report proceed with the following steps for configuration.

1) Select Per Outlet Inventory Qty Snapshot 

2) Select Product as report type 

3) Select measure as Low Inventory 

4) Set the date range for Today as start and Tomorrow as end 

5) In Filters add Outlet : Your van's name 

6) Select the search button

Your results should display as per the above screenshot. In the example screenshot we can observe that there are a few products in the negative value.

You will need to create a transfer from the Store location to the Van to replenish the negative stock.

You are able to export this report and assign a person to proceed with transfer report to balance van inventory.
