Windcave | Transaction Search

The Windcave transaction search will list all of the transactions that have been processed for a specific date or date range, regardless of whether or not the transaction was successful.



Transaction search

1. Go to https://sec.windcave.com/pxmi3/logon

2. Log into the Windcave portal using the Reporting credentials 

IMPORTANT: Your login credentials for reporting can be found on the email you received from activations@windcave.com and the email will look similar to the email you see below.



Scroll down to the section in the email for "portal online reporting", as shown below.


IMPORTANT: If you do not know the password, please click the forgot password link in the above email and set a new password. Then try logging in with your new password.


3. On the left-hand side, click on the Transaction Search

The report will show ALL of the Windcave transactions that have been processed for the date or date range you selected, regardless of whether or not the transaction was successful. 

If the results of the report are empty but a payment has been made it means the user is not using the correct login to view the reports in the Windcave portal. Please contact support@windcave.com to find out which login you should be using to access the transaction you are investigating.
