Once the Technician has been given access to the mobile app via their employee record, they will need to access the application on their mobile device.
NextService is a modern web application that has been optimised for use on mobile devices such as phones and tablets. It does not require to be downloaded and installed on the device.
Using the device web browser, NextService can be accessed via a convenient shortlink next.poolwerx.com.au
Access NextService
- Open the default browser application for the device.
- Safari is preinstalled for iOS devices or Google Chrome can be installed from the AppStore.
For Android users, Chrome is the default web browser
- Safari is preinstalled for iOS devices or Google Chrome can be installed from the AppStore.
- Visit next.poolwerx.com.au
- Login with the username and password issued to the technician
- Add the as a shortcut on their homescreen (below)

- Click on the three dots
- Select Add to home screen
iPhone users
- Click on the Share Icon
- Select Add to Home screen
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues loading the application then it is recommended to clear the device's web cache.
