1. Welcome to the tutorial on how to emulate the technicians mobile app in NetSuite
2. You can emulate what your technician can see on their mobile app from within NetSuite via two ways.
The first step is to open NetSuite.
3. The first way is to emulate the mobile via the technicians employee record.
To do this, click into the Global Search bar
4. Type the technician's name. Click the employee record when it appears
5. When on the employee record, click Mobile Login
6. This will open another tab with what the technician can see on their mobile app.
7. The second way to emulate the mobile is via the Scheduler.
To do this, navigate to NextService > Scheduler > click Run
8. With your mouse, hover over the technician's name on the left hand side
9. In the pop-up window, click the mobile icon
10. Again, this will open another tab with what the technician can see on their mobile app.
11. That's it. You're done.
