- The field serves as a prompt for Technicians to take a pressure reading and capture a photo for reference purposes
- If the recorded pressure reading is deemed unsafe or indicates potential issues, it opens up the conversation around a recommended maintenance or replacement, creating sales opportunities.
- The pressure gauge reading is conveniently located within the Water Test tab of the NextService mobile app.
How to Use
- Log in to the Mobile App and open the applicable Task.
- Go to the Manual Water Test tab.
- Take the reading and capture a photo
- Record the pressure reading in the designated field.
- Switch to the Files tab and upload the photo of the pressure reading.
- Ensure all other relevant information is recorded, and complete the task.
