Following our conversation this morning (yes, it’s still morning) around your first store opening, this is what to expect from PSC.
You will be guided through weekly WIPs run by Tracey in Retail design where L&D works through the build process, marketing but also as part of it, L&D jumps on and schedule a 1:1 session to go through general merchandising session (not the actual using a register more around the merch/ store set up). Tracey will guide you thought the process.
Scott mentioned that you will need to learn SCIS. He has a training manual (attached) but will also run you through it. And also touch upon Vendors and Items, just as a refresher.
