Mobile App - Sales Order ship to address

Sales Orders that are created from the NX mobile app, will be defaulted from the asset address. this article outlines the process.

7 STEPS

1. Welcome to the tutorial on how the Sales Order Service Location (Ship to address) is defaulted from the asset address when created from the mobile app.

2. When Sales Orders are created on the NextService Mobile App, the Ship to address will be defaulted to the Asset address.

3. The technician will open the Nextservice app and use it as per normal.

When ready, click the Sales Order tab

4. They will see a Service Address field. This is what the ship to address will be when the Sales Order is created.

They complete and save the Sales Order as per usual.

5. In the backend of NetSuite, when the Sales Order is created, the Ship to will be set as per the asset address.

This will be pulled through to the invoice.

6. On the printed Sales order, or Invoice, will show the Service Location as per the example on the screen.

7. That's it! You're done.
