How can I refund a transaction via Payline?
Refunds can be processed by going to Payline portal menu ‘Transaction Search’, locating the transaction you want to refund, select it and navigate to the ‘Refund Transactions’ Tab, then select the button labeled 'Refund'.
From here you can enter the amount you would like to refund between $0.00 and the amount originally transacted, and press the button labeled 'Submit'.
