Xero | How to remove the technician's last name from the invoice

This article will show you how to remove the technicians last name from the invoice in Xero.

If you want to remove the name of the technician from the invoice in Xero,

Go to LightSpeed > Setup > Users > Select a user > change the display name (remove the last name) > Save Changes

The future invoices that will be synced to Xero will follow the updated display name.

Explanation: by updating the display name of the tech in LightSpeed it will sync the invoice number from LS to Xero following this format "Display_Name" - "Invoice_Number"
