In the bottom left corner, there is an icon (picture 1). Click on it to bring up a chat with Pooltrackr (picture 2).
Lightspeed
Click on HELP in the top right-hand corner (picture 1) to bring up a chat with Lightspeed (picture 2).
Xero
Click on the question mark (?) in the top right-hand corner (picture 1) to bring up the help articles of Xero (picture 2).
