In this article, you'll learn how to generate a report of active gift cards and identify the respective customers.
Accessing the Gift Card Report
- On the left side of the screen, go to Reporting > Gift Card Reports
- The list will give you all the gift cards sold or imported (from old systems).
Identifying the Customer
If you see a gift card in the report but aren't sure who it belongs to, refer to the <subsidiary>_Giftcards_Reference file in your FP Shared folder. The Gift Card Number in Lightspeed corresponds to the Authentication Code in the reference file, which you can use to identify the owner.
If you find any missing or not uploaded gift cards, please submit a ticket via Support, and we’ll investigate.
