Updating product SKU'S for Robots

Ensure that your robot SKU codes are up to date. The SKU codes listed above are used to track sales for this promotion. If a robot product is missing these SKU codes, the sale will not be recorded for the promotion.

How to identify if your SKU code is correct ?

Search each robot name in the Products page and look at the SKU code under the name. If all 7 robots match the corresponding Standard SKU code in the above table move on to the next document on how to create price book for this promo.



How to update your robot SKU

Step 1 - Search for the Robot name in Products. Then select the edit button on the right

Step 2 - Once in the edit screen scroll down to the Inventory section 
Step 3 - Update the SKU code in the highlighted field and click Save.

Step 4 - Repeat steps 1 to 3 for the remainder of the Robots in the table listing at the start of the document to ensure the SKU code is correct.
