This guide how to setup the connection between Xero and Windcave as part of your migration to the Evo Platform.
Connect Windcave to Xero
- Open Windcave https://www.windcave.com/ and login to portal
- Click User Accounts
- Click My user
- Scroll down and click "Connect to Xero"
- Click "Connect to Xero"
- Click "Select an organisation" and select your subsidiary name
- Click "Allow access"
- Click "Branding theme" (just above the red buttons)
- Click 'payment account' and then select 'undeposited funds - Xero'
- Click update (red button)
Test Windcave link on Xero Invoices
- Ensure Windcave payment options are set up:
- Go to Settings > Invoice Settings > Options > Edit > Payment Services.
- Select Windcave.
- Confirm Windcave payment is active
- Go to Settings > Payment services
- Click 'turn on' if not 'on'.
- To test the Invoice template:
- Navigate to Business > Invoices.
- Select an invoice by clicking on a record in the Number column.
- Click on Print PDF at the top menu to download a copy.
- Click on the Windcave link on the invoice to test it.
