10 STEPS
1. Welcome to the tutorial on how to Sell products with serial numbers.
2. Open LightSpeed and navigate to the sell screen.
3. Add the client to the sale.
4. Add the product to the sell screen by scanning the barcode, using the search bar, or selecting it on the quick keys.
5. Click Pay.
6. Locate the serial number on the physical product being sold, enter it in the Serial Number field, and click 'Continue'.
7. If the serial number entered does not match any captured on the serial numbers page, LightSpeed will prompt you to capture it as a new serial number or retype the serial number.
8. Tick "Yes, Please record" to save the new serial number.
9. Click Continue and complete the sale.
10. That's it. You're done.
