IT Hardware ANZ - how to order new or replacement equipment

This article contains the process of how to order new or replacement equipment.  


Computer, printer, and POS equipment

The process to order new or replacement equipment is as follows:

  1. Please send an email to 3ICT (itsupport@poolwerx.com.au) and advise which machines you want to purchase or replace.   
  2. 3ICT will send you a quote for the new or replacement equipment and a confirmation for the retired machines. 
  3. After accepting the quote, 3ICT will send you an invoice. 
  4. After the invoice is paid, 3ICT will order the equipment and make an appointment for onsite installation.


Computers purchased via 3ICT are delivered preconfigured with any local network configuration performed via remote support. This includes transferring data and user information from retired devices if they are still functioning. All computers supplied by 3ICT are shipped with a 3-year onsite manufacturer’s warranty.


Telephone / mobile devices

The process to order new or replacement equipment is as follows:

  1. Please send an email to 3ICT (telco@poolwerx.com.au) and advise which devices you want to purchase or replace.   
  2. 3ICT will send you a quote for the new or replacement devices and a confirmation for the retired machines. 
  3. After accepting the quote, 3ICT will send you an invoice. 
  4. After the invoice is paid, 3ICT will order the device and send it out when configured.


Windcave

The process to apply for Windcave is as follows:

  1. Please send an email to PSC (evolution@poolwerx.com.au) and advise if you want to apply for Windcave. 
  2. PSC will send you the application form to kick-off the Know Your Customer (KYC) process mandatory for all financial institutions. 
  3. After completing the application form online or via email, Windcave will send you the credentials and - for stores - also the terminal. 
  4. PSC will complete the set-up in NetSuite (or Xero) and activate the Windacave payment link. 
  5. PSC make an appointment for training to train you on how to use Windcave. 


For ANZ -Water test machines

The process to order new or replacement equipment is as follows:

  1. Please send an email to PSC (evolution@poolwerx.com.au) and advise that you require a new or replacement machine.  
  2. PSC will send you a quote for the new or replacement equipment. 
  3. After accepting the quote, PSC will send you an invoice. 
  4. After the invoice is paid, PSC will order the equipment and dropship it to your location.
