How to

Inactivate employees that are not with the business

Refer to this article on making employees inactive

 

Note If you use NetSuite Payroll, only inactivate employees who left within or before the last FY

Review employee roles

  1. Run search PWX | Employee - Role/s assigned
  2. Review current roles assigned, use the role matrix
  3. Email netsuite@poolwerx.com.au if changes need to be applied
