Linking Spin Device to Pooltrackr mobile app

Prerequisite: ensure you are on the latest version of iOS or OS.

Install the Pooltrackr mobile from the App Store if you are an iOS user or from Google Play if you are an Android user. 

Log in to the mobile app using credentials provided by your store administrator. 

If you need to have access to Pooltrackr mobile app you need to have a technician license.


  • On the 'Jobs' screen, please tap the desired job - you are transferred to the 'Job details' screen;


  • Scroll down to the 'Water test' section;
  • Switch on the 'Include chemical test' toggle;



Please, check your device settings to make sure Bluetooth is turned on
Also, check Pooltrackr settings, to make sure Pooltrackr app has access to Bluetooth


  • Tap the 'Spin' button - you will be transferred to the 'SYNC WITH SPIN TOUCH' screen;


  • Start performing a water test on your Spin device and then tap the 'Search for nearby devices' button;
  • When your Spin device is found - tap on the device information (SpinTouch-021F24) to get information on what to do next.


  • Check your Spin device if a water test was performed, tap the 'Send' button on your Spin device;




  • Test results were sent to your mobile app, tap the 'Send chemical results' button to push results to the 'Job details' screen;
