Configuring the Price Book setup in Vital ensures that price book information is correctly reflected in Vital. Follow these steps to configure the Price Book setup:
- Log into Vital. Expand the setup menu, select integrations and click on LightSpeed.
- Check the ‘Price book’ column is correctly assigned to the relevant outlet from LightSpeed.
- Ensure the toggle 'enable price book synching' to active (teal coloured):
