As the ANZ rollout concludes, we are launching a two-part refresher training program designed to boost skills across the network.

Series 1: Foundations Training

• Start Date: November
• Focus: Payments and inventory fundamentals
• Format: A 2-hour online class followed by a 1:1 online session with our trainer in the following days.
• Participation: Attendees will be selected by ROMs based on individual needs.

Series 2: Advanced Training

• Start Date: December (after Foundations Training ends)
• Focus: In-depth topics, including inventory management, scheduling/job management, and payments/financials.
• Format: Multi-session training series covering advanced skills.
