To prevent sending water testing reminders to service clients, please ensure that the water test reminders options are both deselected.
Do not use the SMS text fields for marketing purposes.

14 STEPS
1. In this tutorial, we'll guide you through the SMS functionality within the Vital platform.
2. To get started, go to Setup and then select the Plan & payment tab.
3. Enter the card details and click Save card.
4. This card will be used to buy SMS packs.
5. Next, go to Operations then the SMS tab and click on Configure.
6. Click Enable SMS messaging.
7. Select an SMS pack - these do not expire.
8. Setup auto-buy if you'd like to automatically purchase the same SMS pack when balance drops.
9. Click Buy SMS credits to complete setup.
10. To use the SMS function in automatically sending water test reminders, go to Setup then the Lab tab and click on SMS.
11. Click Enabled and set a frequency for the test reminder. Click Save.
12. SMS messaging can also be used to send water test reports - just ensure that the contact has a valid number.
13. Select the contact number and click Send SMS.
14. That's it. You're done.
