Your standard product list will be pre-loaded into Lightspeed when you migrate to the new platform.
As the fiscal year comes to a close, Franchise Partners are reminded to perform your end-of-year stocktake.
What is different this year?
To streamline operations and ensure consistency, this year you must transfer your final stock balances to the Standard Product List, which primarily includes Vitalyse chemicals.
Key points to note:
- The stocktake procedure will remain largely unchanged. However, for products included in the Standard Product List, stock must be transferred from the local product list to the standard product after the count.
- The local products will need to be made inactive after the stock is transferred.
- The standard products will be used moving forward.
When will the list be available?
The Standard Product List is being amended and will be available by 5th July. The standard list will be imported into your product catalog, whether in NetSuite and LightSpeed (pending on where you are in the rollout schedule), ensuring that all franchises have access to the same product information. This initiative aims to enhance consistency, streamline the migration process, and improve overall inventory management.
