20 STEPS
1. Welcome to the tutorial on how to Sync Xpress Flex to Vital Water Testing Platform
2. To take a test with the Xpress Flex, click Lab from the menu and find the pool whose water you want to test and click the test water icon.
3. If you are not already connected to the Xpress Flex, click the Connect to another device link
4. Click Xpress Flex
5. Click Confirm
6. Load strips into the test strip clip ensuring that the strips codes listed match those on the bottom of your strip containers.
7. To change strip codes, click the change icon
8. Click Start when you are ready to start the test
9. The countdown will show you when to dip the test strip into your water sample
10. The countdown will indicate how long you need to keep the strips immersed in water for
11. Follow the prompts to insert the shuttle into the Xpress Flex device
12. Wait for the duration of the countdown while the device analyzes the results
13. Click the information icons to see more details on any errors that appear
14. Click the Process button to sync the test results with the system. Click Re-test if you need to take the test again.
15. Complete the test by adding any observations that may be evident
16. Recommendations will be shown at the bottom of the water test screen. You can select alternative dosage groups if you have other products that will address the issue and the customer action will change accordingly
17. Use the switch to show or hide a recommendation from the customer's water test report
18. Set the recommended date for the customer's water test
19. Click Generate report when you're done
20. That's it. You're done.
