Test payment & refund transactions

To test a sale and confirm Windcave integration, simulate a transaction by creating a $1 sale and then refunding it.

Retail:

Perform a $1 sale in Vital and Lightspeed and refund in Lightspeed

Mobile Only:

Perform a $1 sale Vital and refund in Lightspeed.

Refunds can also be done in Xero but preferred in Lightspeed.
