Learn how to reset your password. 

1. Open your web browser and navigate to "vital.poolwerx.com"
2. Click on the "Forgot password" option 
3. Enter your email and click the "Recover password" button 
4. Open the email and follow the instructions provided to reset your password 
5. Create a new secure password for your account 
6. Once the password is reset, you can now log in with your updated credentials
