Learn how to send water test reports to contacts in the Vital Platform.
Here's a brief overview of the process:
- Start by logging into the platform and navigating to the Lab Tab.
- Generate a water test for the relevant contact.
- On the right-hand side of the generated report, you'll see options to provide the report to the client via email or SMS.
- If you prefer to email the report, make sure the client's email address is present and click the "Send Email" button.
- If you prefer to send an SMS, ensure that the client's phone number is valid and present, then click the "Send SMS" button.
Note that NZ Franchises do not have access to the SMS component due to New Zealand's strict regulations around SMS marketing.
