A feature of Vital is the ability to link a product, or multiple products, to a water test recommendation. This will empower technicians to directly add products to the job from the water test results.

Prepare linked products file

To add or initiate product links:

1. Download the linked products file template.
2. Open the downloaded template.
3. In the linked Product file, enter the SKU and Name of the products you want linked.
4. Save the file in an accessible location.
5. Submit a ticket with the file attached

To remove products:

1. Submit a ticket and outline the changes you want, using the template as a reference point.

Agents only

Create or remove linked products in Vital

1. Open the completed Linked products file.
2. Log into Vital.
3. Expand the Setup menu
4. Navigate to Dosage Groups > Chemical Groups
5. Search or locate the relevant Dosage Group Name and click the Pencil icon
6. Locate the ‘linked products’ section, referring to the linked products file:
   • To add products, use the search bar to enter a parameter and select the relevant product/s
   • To remove linked products, click the X icon next to the product
7. Click ‘Update’
