Confirm that technicians can connect and use the mobile app proficiently before going into the field.
To download the mobile app go to the App Store (Apple) or the Play Store (Android) and download the Pooltrackr app. Login with your @poolwerx.com.au email address or alias. Click on 'forgot password' to reset your password. If you have an alias, the password reset email will be sent to the subsidiary main account (or the linked service account for the larger franchise partners).
Note: Ensure your device meets the specific software requirements. Check the Apple Store or Google Play Store for details.
