How to properly do Water Test in Vital Water Testing Platform

1. Welcome to the tutorial on how to do Water Test

2. Go to Lab tab then select Water Test

3. Select which pool you want to water test.

4. When clicking the pool list, it will show more details regarding the Pool.

5. You may click the Water test Icon or Test water Button to start the water test.

Step 5 image

6. To take a test, either follow the prompts to sync with water testing hardware or enter the results manually

7. An arrow icon will indicate if the result is out of range

8. Click the clock icon to view the previously recorded values for the test

9. A graph will show previous test results

10. View the min, max and target for the test by hovering over the input field

11. Click Add chemical tests to add any other test not initially shown

12. Add any observations using the appropriate observation group drop-down

13. Set the Next test date if you will be sending a test reminder to the contact

14. In the recommendations section, use the Select dosage group if you have other products that will address the issue.

15. Edit the Customer action to amend the recommended amount

16. Use the Show on report switch to show or hide the recommendation on the customer's water test report

17. Click Generate report when you're done

18. You will see a preview of the PDF the the customer will receive. Click the icons to download or print the PDF

19. The customer can receive the report PDF attached to an email. You can personalise the content of the email message and amend the recipients

20. Click Personalising customer communications to view merge tags available for personalising your message

21. Click a merge tag to copy it to your clipboard

22. The merge tag can then be pasted into the message content

23. Scroll down and click Enter CC emails

24. Enter multiple CC email addresses by typing the email then hitting Return

25. To send the report by SMS, click the checkboxes to select the mobile numbers you would like to receive the SMS

26. Click Send SMS when you're ready to send the report

27. That's it. You're done.
