Vital - User set up

How to add an user in Vital.  


Prerequisites

1. If the new employee does not have their own mailbox, please ask 3ICT to create a free of charge alias. 

2. Select the appropriate role in vital-roles-matrix

3. Please log a ticket with evolution@poolwerx.com.au for adding, editing, or removing users, as this will be handled on our end. The 'Team' tab is not available to Franchise Partners. 

4. The vendor has to add one licence to your account or you can repurpose an old one (eg from an former employee). 


Add user 

Go into Vital > Setup > Team > Add user

Add first name, last name, email address and select a location.

Select a role using the Vital role matrix

Give access to the Vital app if applicable. Note1: this comes at a cost. Note2: refer to workaround (below)

Pick a password. Repeat. 



Scroll down and add the working hours for this person. This is not linked to Xero Payroll, just to the Schedule. 

Scroll back to the top and hit 'save'. 





WORKAROUND

Normally, giving someone technician admin or technician access will permit them access to the Vital app. However, until the Vital app is available in the AppStore and PlayStore, giving access to a technician is done via a ticket to evolution@poolwerx.com.au. Please add the Apple ID or Android main account email to the technicians phone. 

We will ask Pooltrackr to send the link to the provided email address, this will allow the technician to download the Vital app.
