We are pleased to inform you that as part of our partnership with Liston Newton Advisory (LNA), they will serve as the nominated subscriber for all Poolwerx Xero subscriptions across Australia, New Zealand, and the USA.
If you have an existing Xero account, we ask that you transfer the 'Subscriber' of your account to LNA. This transition is necessary to secure your discounted pricing and enables the Evolution Team to configure your account for the new Evo Platform, including setting up essential integrations. Importantly, this account transfer will not impact the functionality that your accountant requires. They can still maintain the access they require.
How to transfer the ownership of your existing Xero account
The process to do this is as follows:
- Click the organisation name, select Subscription and billing, then click Manage Subscription.
- Click the menu icon , then select Request transfer.
- Enter the name of the new subscriber (Liston Newton) and their email address (accounts@listonnewton.com.au), then click Request transfer.
The transfer is only completed when the person taking over the subscription accepts the invite.
You'll receive a confirmation email when Liston Newton accepts the subscription transfer.
Ensuring your data security and Privacy
We understand the significance of safeguarding your sensitive financial information. LNA has implemented rigorous internal measures to ensure that your data is accessed only with your explicit written approval.
Additionally, LNA's role is primarily to provide Xero support and training; they will not act as Tax or ASIC agents for your business as outlined in the below document:
