How to create an export file on clients with lapsed water test reports.
Open Vital
Go to Dashboard > Analytics
Scroll down to the section 'Lapsed water tests' and select the appropriate time period by clicking on the start date and selecting the pre-set period on the left handside. Or you can select your own period by entering a start and end date.
The screen will instantly refresh and show you the contact name, pool addresses, test due and last test information.
Hit the 'Export' button to export to XLS for further filtering and/or emailing.
You will find the XLS file in your downloads folder on your computer.
