The infield quote processes for the PWX Technician
Create quote for product or service, repair etc
To create a new quote
- Click New quote
- Select the Contact an Pool
- Select the job type
- Check the task list and make any changes
- Add any Notes or Tags
- Save, if you are note ready to send, OR
- Press Actions > Preview & send
- Review all the information
- Press Send quote
Preview and send quote
Once the quote is created,
- Press Actions > Preview & send
- Review all the information
- Press Send quote
Save quote to office to review
This section is a list view of all the open quotes in the system.
You can filter the quote list by
- Search
- Status
- Tags
- Date range
Adjusting the view
Use the Columns button to adjust the columns you want shown on the page. You can also sort, and pin columns by hovering over a specific column and clicking the 3 dots.
Actions
On the right hand side of the page, the actions column enables you to
- Change the quote status
- Access the detailed quote view
