Learn how to easily search and update a contact record in the Vital Platform.
Here's a brief overview of the process:
- Log in to the platform and navigate to the "Contacts" tab.
- Use the search bar to enter the name or phone number of the contact you're looking for.
- Click on the contact you want to view to see their details.
- Update details, as needed
- Click the Update button.

1. Welcome to the tutorial on how to Retrieve Client Record
2. To find a customer whose water you want to test click Lab in the left hand menu
3. Use the search field to find the pools by typing part of the address or name of a linked contact.
4. You can filter the list by tags to further refine the results.
5. Open the tags drop-down menu and select the tag you want to filter the results by.
6. Uncheck the tag to remove the filter.
7. Click Columns to show more attributes of the pools in the list
8. Use the switch to activate the pool specifications you would like to see
9. Click Columns link again to hide the overlay menu
10. Click Export link to export your pool records from the system
11. You have the option to print your list of pools or download in a CSV format.
12. Click the table headers to reorder the data.
13. Click the Lab icon to take a water test for the pool
14. Click the Edit icon to view or edit the pool details
15. Click anywhere in the row to view more details relating to the pool
16. That's it. You're done.
