With early access to your Lightspeed account (received 2-3 weeks before Go Live), you will be able to prepare your Franchise to transition to the new platform as you approach your scheduled Go Live date.
Key points to note
- Limited Access: Access to LightSpeed will be restricted, and not all areas will be accessible to prevent any configurations from being changed and delaying go-live. Some setups (eg. outlets) may also not be fully completed during this period.
- Source of Truth: From this point forward, Lightspeed is now your source of truth for product details. Ensure that any changes made in NetSuite (eg. name/price) are also updated in Lightspeed.
- Access Timeline: You will have up to 5pm before your go-live to make changes. After this point a snapshot of your products are taken out of LightSpeed to map your stock import.
- Full Access Granted: Your permissions will be updated as per the onboarding form the night before your go-live when the migration has been completed.

Do not conduct any sales outside of training mode during this period. Sales made outside of training mode will be deleted.
