A free water test is complimentary if you purchase chemicals. But what if a contact only comes into the store for the free water test and purchases nothing, time after time? This article will show you how to do the water test but remove the recommendations.
Step 1: Do the water test as per normal
Step 2: Scroll down and find the 'recommendation' section.
Step 3: Toggle the 'show on report' buttons.
Step 4: Generate the water test report as per normal.
Should the contact decide to purchase something after all, just open the report and toggle the 'show on report' buttons again, and generate the report anew.
