Update default message for water test results

Learn how to amend the default message for sending water test results. 

Here's a brief overview of the process:

1. Open the portal and log in.
2. Click the "+" symbol to expand the setup menu.
3. Click the ">" symbol to expand the lab menu.
4. Click on "Email".
5. Scroll down to find the section for adjusting the water test results text.
6. You can use merge tags to insert standard terms as needed.
7. Click "Save" to save the changes.
8. Repeat for SMS, if enabled.
9. That's it!
